Our routine blood test consists of 22 blood count parameters providing an 'under the hood’ view of markers for monitoring health, performance and recovery.

Our at home blood sample kits make it easier to obtain regular samples in the comfort of your own home. By testing more frequently you can really get to grips with meaningful changes to identify increased injury or illness risk, assess inflammation and manage training load.

Advanced biomarker analysis.

Insights from blood analysis and real-time cellular metabolic profiling provides an objective means of assessing changes in cell function and tolerance to training loads, assisting coaches and trainers to make informed decisions to support athlete health and recovery to optimise performance.

Data are assessed for each athlete using reference ranges set for each team or personalised to each athlete depending on the number of baseline tests and data points collected. With sufficient baseline testing, optimal ranges can be set at peak performance and fitness levels. Optimal ranges are personalised for an individual athlete and provided as a predictive tool to inform performance staff when an athlete falls out of their optimal range.

Immune cell health and function.

Immune cell metabolism is critical for recovery following exercise and training. However poor tolerance to increased training load and insufficient recovery can result in suppression of the immune system, increasing risks of illness and injury. Our advanced cellular metabolic profiling provides a means to examine the effectiveness of your immune cells by assessing the metabolic profile before, during and after an activation. Our immune cell activation test requires cutting-edge technology and is at the forefront of innovation in biomarker testing for elite athletes.

  • Receive our at home blood sampling kit and follow the instructions on the enclosed leaflet to take your blood sample in the comfort of your own home or club at key points in the season.

  • Ship your sample back to our lab using the prepaid 24 hr tracking label provided in your kit.

  • Once the sample reaches our lab, it will be processed and tested immediately by our specialists.

  • Test data will be analysed by our experts and sent to you within 3-5 days after testing.
